Bri Lanzen is a Los Angeles-based special effects technician specializing in creature effects, animatronics, and mechanical effects. She is a 2024 graduate of the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, where she earned a BFA in filmmaking with a concentration in practical effects. There, she was trained and mentored by Bob Keen.

Bri is originally from a small town in Michigan and has always had a passion for all things magical. She loves the way that art and science intersect in special effects, and she is always learning and seeking out new ways of making.
